What data do we collect?

• Account Info: Just what you give us to sign up (like your email and API key).
• Your IP Address: All transactions with Flash Cache logs and stores your IP. This is retained longer than the default 30 days data is held for.
• Usage Data:We track "how much" and "how often" you use the API so we can manage our server load.
• The Data You Store: We hold the data you send over the API. However, we don't "peek" at this data unless we’re legally required to or need to troubleshoot a technical disaster.

Sharing your data

We don't sell or share your data to advertisers. The only time we share your information is:

• Law Enforcement: If we find illegal content or receive a valid legal request.
• Service Providers: Companies that help us run our infrastructure (like our cloud hosting providers) may see some data we hold but we don't actively share this with them.

Keeping things safe

We use industry-standard cryptography to keep your data under lock and key while it’s with us. Since Flash Cache is temporary, the best way to stay private is to let your data expire or delete it as soon as you're done with it.
