Azure is a comprehensive cloud computing platform. It's an alternative (and more immature offering by comparison, in my opinion) to AWS, offered by Amazon.


Azure provides a vast array of on-demand computing resources and services over the Internet. Microsoft Azure makes the delivery of computing power, storage, databases, machine learning, analytics, networking, content delivery, Internet of Things (IoT), security quick and easy, allowing businesses scale and grow on demand.
