All Social Media platforms - Facebook especially - heavily censor content based on external pressure from shareholders and governments. This content is not necessarily illegal or harmful but quite often contradicts messages being put out by companies who also invest in that platform. When pressure is applied from funding bodies, the platform will comply and remove or censor content and users.
For example: Blackrock have large investments in Pfizer and also in Facebook. Their investments in Pfizer will be harmed if people are allowed to share negative experiences about their vaccine on Facebook.
When sensitive or financially damaging posts about these pharmaceutical interventions are published on Facebook, these are swiftly marked as 'false information' or are removed entirely to prevent a negative financial impact on the manufacturers of these products.
Instead of censoring these posts and people, why not start a discussion? Debate is healthy, discussion is important, fact-finding and being able to be make decisions based on what you read and see is a part of informed consent. To share your opinions with others is critical to be a part of a successful and happy society. It's human, it's you, it's me. It allows us to make mistakes and correct mistakes. It's how we learn, it's how we grow.
